Integrated Community Development Programme:

Integrated Community Development Program is to provide community based child care in line with the recent thinking that the children need to be provided with the required help as they remain with their family members and the family and community around also need to be educated and supported to identify and fulfill the needs of the community. There are trained Project Managers and Cluster Coordinators , who reach out to remote villages and work with Schools, Village Administration and Governmental Agencies to provide support to the children, youth, families and communities to get the best out of the educational and social service benefits available to them.

The program aims at all round development of children, availing opportunities for jobs by youth, self-help groups for adults, self-employment opportunities for women and men with local wherewithal and community development at large.
