In an effort to eradicate the prevalent pathos called infanticide, the society runs a Baby Rescue Home since 1989 where abandoned, unwanted and vulnerable children are drawn and brought up with special care.

The Governmental Agencies are constantly in touch with the home to bring in abandoned children and to facilitate adoption with medical, legal and social assistance. Bethel Baby Rescue Home is one among the few Rescue Homes that Government of Tamil Nadu has listed for International Adoption by the Department of Social Welfare.
